These Terms and Conditions regulate the provision of facilitation services by My Cleaner Finder to you. They supplement the periodic website terms of use applicable to your usage of the Website (as defined below).

Prior to utilizing our Website, carefully review these Terms and Conditions. By accessing our Website and utilizing the facilitation services, you affirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, committing to comply with them. If you do not agree, kindly exit our Website and cease using the facilitation services immediately.

Definitions and Interpretation

1.1. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the indicated meanings:

“My Cleaner Finder”: a request from a Customer as referred to in clause 2.2 below;

“The Customer” / “you”: businesses and consumers using the Website to search for a Professional who can provide the professional services they require;

“Customer Contract”: the contract between the Professional and the Customer for the provision of the Services;

“The Facilitation Services”: the provision by My Cleaner Finder, of a Professional’s contact details, as set out in clause 2.4;

“The Professional”: the person offering their professional services to Customers;

“The Services”: the professional services provided by a Professional to a Customer;

“The Website”: means www.mycleanerfinder.co.uk

The Facilitation Services

2.1. My Cleaner Finder operates the Website, established to facilitate introductions between potential customers and professionals for a wide range of services. Our distinct website terms of use govern your use of the Website.

2.2. Customers can search the Website to find potential professionals, with the Website algorithms helping identify professionals who may meet the Customer’s requirements. Customer requests are termed “My Cleaner Finder,” and each request will result in connecting the Customer with Professionals who may fulfill the provided criteria.

2.3. To use the Facilitation Services, you must accept these Terms and Conditions per the Website’s instructions, forming a contract between you and us for the provision of the Facilitation Services. A separate contract with any Professional you wish to instruct is necessary.

2.4. After submitting your My Cleaner Finder request, you receive details of Professionals who may meet your criteria. A maximum of five Professionals will contact you directly, and you can choose to contact them yourself. If no Professionals match your criteria, you’ll be notified and given the opportunity to expand your requirements.

2.5. You can review information from Professionals and decide whether to engage their services. We don’t endorse or confirm that the Professionals identified through our Facilitation Service can meet your requirements. Engaging a Professional establishes a Customer Contract directly with them, and the Services are provided by the Professional, not My Cleaner Finder.

2.6. My Cleaner Finder provides a link from the Website to the Professional’s own website, and a facility for Customers to review a Professional’s performance, visible on the Website.

2.7. Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and free of offensive, racist, sexist, or inaccurate content. Non-compliant reviews may be removed, and future review privileges may be revoked. Refer to our Website Terms and Conditions for more details.

2.8. My Cleaner Finder has no influence or control over the information on the Professional’s website and accepts no liability for its content. Directly contract with the Professional for required Services.

2.9. The Facilitation Services are provided to you at no cost.

Important: My Cleaner Finder acts solely as a facilitator for introductions, and any Services provided by a Professional to a Customer fall under a separate legal contract. In case of issues, legal redress is against the Professional, not My Cleaner Finder.

Ending our contract

You can terminate your contract by ceasing to use the Facilitation Services. For those with a customer account on the Website, contact us via email, phone, or post using the details above.

Data Protection

Refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on how your personal information will be used.

Liability

5.1. Acknowledge that the contract for Services is between you and the Professional. My Cleaner Finder has no liability for Service provision or dealings with listed Professionals.

5.2. Exceptions to the above liability exclusion are:

5.2.1. Death or personal injury resulting from negligence

.2.2. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

5.2.3. Matters where exclusion or limitation of liability is not allowed by law.

5.3. No liability for information on third-party websites linked to our Website. We won’t be liable for loss or damage from your use of them.

For individual consumers:

5.5. Facilitation Services are for domestic and private use. No liability for commercial or business purposes, loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

For business customers:

5.6. Exclusion of conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms, whether express or implied.

5.7. My Cleaner Finder will not be liable for:

5.7.1. Loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;

5.7.2. Business interruption;

5.7.3. Loss of anticipated savings;

5.7.4. Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; or

5.7.5. Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

General Provisions

6.1. Changes to these Terms and Conditions are made periodically. Check them upon returning to our Website, as they are binding on you.

6.2. We may transfer our contract to another organization. Consent is required to transfer your rights.

6.3. Our contract is between you and us. No other person has rights to enforce its terms.

6.4. If any part is illegal, the rest remains in force. Each paragraph operates separately, and if any are deemed unlawful, the others remain in effect.

6.5. Delay in enforcing these Terms and Conditions doesn’t waive our right to enforce them later.

If you are an individual consumer:

6.7. English law governs these Terms and Conditions, and legal proceedings can be brought in the English courts. Residents in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in the respective courts.

If you are a business customer:

6.8. English law governs, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
